Welcome to Cubbi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, app, directory, and other services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Cubbi LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Cubbi," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

Cubbi provides an ecosystem for parents, caregivers, and professionals supporting neurodivergent children. This includes access to our mobile app, a provider directory, in-app messaging, email newsletters, and educational content.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent to use Cubbi.

2. Accounts and Information

When you sign up for Cubbi, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

We may collect personal information such as your name, email, and information related to your child’s care. We do not sell or share your data. For more on how we handle your information, please review our Privacy Policy.

3. Provider Directory

Cubbi hosts a provider directory to help users find professionals, services, and resources that may support their families. However:

  • Cubbi is not affiliated with any provider listed in the directory.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, credentials, or services offered by any provider.

  • You assume full responsibility for any interactions, services, or advice received from listed providers.

  • Cubbi is not liable for any outcomes resulting from provider interactions.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Cubbi app currently requires a subscription of $6.99/month. By subscribing, you authorize Cubbi to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

We reserve the right to update pricing and will notify users of any changes in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Cubbi's website and app — including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, and illustrations — is the property of Cubbi LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

Cubbi is a tool for connection and organization, not a medical or legal service. We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on information within the app or website

  • Services received from third-party providers

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services

All content is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify users via email or app notification. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance.
